Your customer service
skills can be proven very easily by the service that you give,
especially when
you over-deliver. And that
statement
is not something to worry about because it’s really quite easy to give
more and
better customer service then most all other hairdressers.
How
many of us are
impressed when we are treated special by businesses that we buy from?
I’m
always sensitive to any treatment that tells me that a business
actually is
trying to help me get what I want. And I would suspect that most people
think
the same way.

what we always have
to remember, ‘people hate being sold’
but they love to ‘buy’. So it's in
our best interest and their's to help them buy the goods or services

want. And
one of the best and easiest ways to accomplish this is to treat them so

clients
